At Sobha Windsor, DeArc Studio curated an interior that honors the estate’s regal architecture while implementing “Minimalist Interior Ideas”. Led by Karishma Hegdekar, the design focuses on mass personalization, ensuring that modern technical requirements are seamlessly integrated into a sophisticated, Mass-Classical aesthetic.

The Entryway & Living Area (Seamless Utility)
Fluted Panel Integration: A custom-crafted fluted panel wall serves as a focal point while discreetly housing the MCB board through hidden doors.
Architectural Accents: PVC beading was meticulously applied to complement the fluted textures, maintaining a clean and continuous visual flow.
Wall Treatments: Minimalist wall treatments were utilized to enhance the living space without overwhelming it, allowing the bespoke furniture to stand out.
The Gourmet Kitchen (Light & Space)
Finish: High-gloss premium acrylic finish in a refreshing Turquoise Blue.
Optical Enhancement: The high-gloss surfaces were specifically chosen to maximize light reflection, creating a brighter and more spacious atmosphere in the culinary zone.
The Master Suite (Luxury Textures)
Primary Elements: Features a rich leather-finished headboard that adds immediate depth and warmth to the room.
Wardrobe System: Large sliding wardrobes finished in lacquered glass provide a sleek, reflective elegance that doubles as a functional design statement.
The Kids' Bedroom (Natural Growth)
Material Palette: A balanced combination of natural veneer finishes and rattan accents.
Design Intent: The space was designed with a “growth-mindset” in mind, ensuring the aesthetic remains balanced and relevant as the child matures.
